- Soak rice for few hours.
- Blend together sauce ingredients.
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients along with some sauce.
- Leave it for 1 hour.
- Chop onions and 3 tomatoes and slice the remaining 1 tomato.
- Boil rice with whole spices.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add in onions and fry till translucent.
- Add in tomatoes and cook till they are tender.
- Add in green chillies,chicken and sauce.
- Cook till chicken is tender.
- Add in sliced tomato,rice and colour.
- Cook covered on dum for 15 minutes.
