  2. Boil eggs with some salt
  3. Peel eggs give slits, take a pan heat some oil, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt now add eggs and cover it properly in masala keep aside
  4. Slice onion and fry till golden brown keep aside
  5. In a pan add oil, ghee, once hot, add whole garam masala, add chopped onion
  6. Once onion is brown add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes
  7. Now add chopped tomato add salt and cook till tomatoes are mushy
  8. In a bowl take curd add dry masalas and mix nicely add to onion tomato mixture
  9. Cook on low flame, till oil separates
  10. Add water and salt allow it to boil add rice and cook till 25 % water remains
  11. Now add eggs, fried onions, chopped mint leaves and cover and cook on dum for 10 mins
  12. Once done switch off flame, add chopped coriander leaves and serve with chutney or raita
