  4. Add tomatoes, Salt, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  5. Add all vegetable, mint leaves, curd and soaked rice and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Add water and mix it well and close the cooker wait for 2 whistle.
  7. Now vegetable rice is ready.
