- Whisk the dahi well add a little water if dahi looks too thick.
- Now to that add salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and pudina and mix that well
- For tadka in a frying pan take some oil and heat it on medium flame
- To that add rai let that pop and then add hing
- Now add red chilli powder, dhania powder and garam masala and add curry leaves and ginger
- Now add the tadka to the curd.mix the curd well
- Now take all of your leftover rice and put the curd mixture into the rice
- Garnish with some coriander.
