- 1 tbsp. Sessme seeds
- 1 tsp. Carom seeds
- 2 tbsp. Curd
- leaves Few Curry
- 2 tbsp. Grated Carrot
- 2 tbsp. Capsicum
- 1 tbsp. Green garlic
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Red Cabbage
- 2 tbsp. Coriander
- Chutney Red Chilli to Serve
Steps to make to make Handwa Pancakes
- Mix Rice and all dal. And grind.
Take in a big vessel. Add left over Kadhi curd and 2Cup water. Mix it well. Cover and Leave it for 2-3 hrs. - For Tadka:- Heat Oil. Crackle Mustard seeds. Add carom seeds and sessme seeds ginger garlic paste curry leaves aachhar masala Saute.
Now add red chilli powder and turmeric powdersaute and add pinch soda 2-3tbsp. Water mix properly and add in a batter. - Now add all vegetables salt in a batter.Mix properly. Add 1/2cup water if need.
Heat pan and spread 2big Spoon batter. Pour 1tbsp. Of oil and sprinkle turn another Side. Cook on mid slow flame on both sides. - Tasty healthy left over Kadhi Handwa pancakes is ready to serve. Serve with Chutney n red chilli.
