  1. Slice 1big onion thinly &deep fry it to dark brown.
  2. Marination of paneer bowl add thick curd,salt,pepper,,coriander leaves,sugar,kasoori methi,dried mint,crushed cloves,chilli pow,haldi add diced paneer rest it for hr
  3. Take soaked rice cook it is 75% done
  4. Take a pressure pan add oil ghee jeera all left khada masalas & again add all dry masala chopped onion tomatoes & ginger garlic paste salt in last layer cooked rice with half a cup of water to whole masala than paneer layerd & again rice layer cashew on top cook with lid for 10 mor min..let it cool Biryani is ready.
