- 1 bay leaf
- 10-15 cashewnut
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch saffron stands

- In a bowl add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mint leaves. Mix well.
- Now add chopped mushroom and paneer cubs. Marinate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cook the rice with jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
- In a small cup add milk and saffron stands and keep aside.
- Further in a kadai add 1 tbsp oil and sliced onion. Cook on medium flame until onion turns brown. Keep aside.
- Now in same kadai add 1 tbsp oil and add cashew. Then add marinate mixture. Cook until oil.separate from mixture. Keep aside.
- Now divide the cooked rice in three parts. Add red, green and orange colour in each part.
- Take a hard bottom kadai and layered the Biryani. First greased the kadai with butter. First spread paneer, mushroom mixture. Then add three colors rice. Spread brown onion, tomato rings and coriander leaves.
- Repeat the same process again.
- Now on low flame place a hard bottom tawa and put the kadai on it. Seal with foil paper and cover the lid. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Yummy layerd biryani is ready to serve.
