  1. Heat1 table spoon ghee in a nonstick pan add cumin seeds green cardamom, Cinnamon and cloves saute
  2. Add onion and saute till onions go golden brown in colour
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato and saute till they go soft and pulpy
  4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and sauté well.
  5. Add some water and salt to taste and mix well.
  6. Add curd mix and cook for 2 min.
  7. Add half the fried onion and mix well
  8. Cut the eggs into half and add to the pan.
  9. Layer the cooked rice over the masala add saffron in fused milk and remaining ghee on top and mix the rice gently with out disturbing the masala at the bottom.
  10. Sprinkle remaining browned onion cover and cook on low flame 5 min..
  11. Garnish with Brown onions & serve it.
