  2. Now for preparing a filling, heat a pan add ghee, semolina and stir it continuously in a low flame till it turn slight brown, add condensed milk mix in a Lukewarm water, add milk powder, dry fruits. Let the filling remain little wet.
  3. Now, heat a tawa or non stick pan, grease it with oil, slowly add a batter with the help of small bowl to form a circle shape, now spread the prepared filling and roll the pati till it sticks it's end. Prepare all the patishapta in similar way.
