Steps to make to make Anda biryani

  1. Peeled the eggs and make long slit along each eggs.
  2. Heat oil and 1 tbsp clarified butter in a pan
  3. Fry all the dry fruits and strain it..
  4. In a pan add cinnamon,sahi cumin seeds,bay leaf,green cardamom.
  5. Add chopped onion and fry till light brown.
  6. Add ginger,garlic paste and dry ingredients (coriander powder,red chilli powder and turmeric powder) and 2 tbsp water.
  7. Stir fry till oil seperates from spices.
  8. Add curd and mix well.
  9. Add coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies and salt and mix well.
  10. Make thick gravy and switch off the gas.
  11. Take a rice cooker and layered the biryani
  12. First layer is the boiled rice and next layer is gravy.
  13. Add two eggs,fried onion,coriander leaves,mint leaves and fried dry fruits.
  14. Again add layer of rice,next layer is gravy.
  15. Add two eggs,fried onions,coriander leaves,mint leaves and dry fruits.
  16. Cover it rice cooker and steam it
  17. Serve hot
