- 1 spoon ginger paste
- 1 spoon garlic paste
- 1 spoon chopped green chilli
- 3-4 spoon tomato puree
- 1 spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon dry Coriander powder
- 1 spoon garam masala powder
- 2 spoons dry fenugreek leaves powder
- As required Fresh Coriander leaves
- 1 spoon red chilli powder
- As per taste Tamarind chutney
- as per taste Mint coriander chutney
- as required Nylon sev
- 2-3 pav
Instructions to make to make Choola Pav(choola dabhhal)
- In a bowl take chickpeas add water soak for 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Take a pressure cooker add 1 liter water add soak n drain chickpeas salt tea bag cover it with lid cook till 4-5 whistles.
Open the lid and remove the tea bag from it keep it aside. - Heat oil in a pan add all dry whole spices stir well add chopped onions fry till transfer golden brown color add ginger garlic paste saute add green chilli add tomato puree cook for 5 min.
- Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala powder salt boiled chickpeas mix it well cook for 3-4 min. Cover lid cook for 10 min.
- Open lid stir removes from heat.
- Place the pav in a pieces on a plate add chickpeas add both chutneys add some slice onions garnish with fresh coriander leaves and some nylon sev.
- Enjoy it as snacks.
